A monthly field trip that incorporates curiosity, imagination, and wonder into the journey to wellness. This community-centered offering is a way to be more creatively connected and outgoing.

This all-levels inclusive experience cultivates vulnerability and intentional action through mindful movement. It’s a nonjudgmental space where everyone is seen, heard, acknowledged, understood, and supported. Everyone is welcome and will be included. Trust yourself.
